  1. Prepare 200 grams of potatoes.
  2. You need 180 grams of canned tuna.
  3. Prepare 50 grams of parmesan cheese, grated.

  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped chives.

Tuna Loaf step by step

  1. Boil potatoes until tender (ca 30 minutes).
  2. Peel potatoes and mash them.
  3. Add tuna and the egg, mix well.
  4. Add grated parmesan.

  6. Add seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley, chives) and mix.
  7. Make it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  8. Shape the mix to fit the loaf pan, then roll it into the bread crumbles you have left.

  10. Cook in parchment paper at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  11. Serve with mayonnaise to taste.
