- First of all Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add gram flour and saute for 8-10 minutes on medium flame..
- Then add Carom seeds.Mix it well.cool for 1-2 minutes..
- Now transfer it to a bowl and add red Chilli powder,ginger-garlic paste, Salt, red chilli paste and hung Yogurt. Mix all ingredients well..
- Then add 1 tsp oil and kasuri methi powder in a mixture. Mix it..
- Now add paneer, Onion, Green capsicum cubes and Tomato cubes. Mix it well..
- Now this mixture skewer onto satay sticks.and put on a baking tray..
- Preheat microwave and put on 180.c for 15-20 minutes..
- Ready to serve with green chutney..
