- In big vessel take maida,add salt,moyan of oil,red chilli flakes,oregano flakes and gradually by adding water prepare dough for pizza base. Keep it aside for 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes till then prepare all vegetables required for toppings in different bowls..
- Now nicely roll the maida dough on directly platform. Keep the flat iron pan on gas for heating on medium flame for almost 3/4 minutes.
