How to Prepare Appetizing BBQ Chicken and Jalapeño

BBQ Chicken and Jalapeño. Spicy Grilled Chicken served over Jalapeño Cornbread Waffles. Traditionally with Chicken and Waffles, the chicken is fried and the waffles are your ordinary variety; but I want to share with you my version of BBQ Chicken and Waffles. This Grilled BBQ Chicken with Jalapeño Slaw does it deliciously!

Ingredients of BBQ Chicken and Jalapeño

  1. Prepare 4 large of boneless chicken breasts.
  2. It’s 1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of seasoning salt.
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of garlic powder.
  5. Prepare 6 of fresh jalapeños.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  3. Bake chicken covered for 30 min.

  7. Place on hot grill along with thr jalapeños.
  8. Brush chicken and jalapeños with BBQ sauce, generously..
  9. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes flipping both chicken and jalapeños occasionally.
  10. Serve warm and slice up peppers to garnish.

BBQ Chicken Nachos are so simple to make and grilled in foil pack trays right on the grill. I used simple ingredients like chips, cheese, rotisserie shredded chicken, bbq sauce, red onion, pineapple, and jalapeño. We all had so much fun assembling the nachos and using our favorite ingredients.
