  1. Prepare 1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted.
  2. Prepare 2 of breast chicken.

  5. You need 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce.
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of pizza sauce.
  7. It’s 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded.
  8. Prepare 1/4 of red onion, sliced thinly.
  9. Prepare 1 of sliced capisum red n green colour.
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup of green n black olives.
  11. It’s 1 tbsp of Butter.
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of All purpose Flour.
  13. Prepare 1 cup of Milk.
  14. Prepare 1 tsp of Salt.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of Black pepper.
  16. You need 1 pinch of chilli flakes.

I will say, it was difficult deciding which one was better. BBQ Chicken Pizza flavors and textures wrapped up in one neat little puff pastry package. Cheesy, tangy and crispy, these turnovers are the ultimate appetizer. I was inspired by my own BBQ chicken pizza recipe from the night before.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees then line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place defrosted sheet of puff pastry onto the parchment paper then set aside..
  2. Then make chicken. Cut chicken into cube form. Add tikkah Masala, ginger garlic paste and yogurt mix well m cook it till chicken tender.
  3. Stir 1 Tbsp of barbecue sauce in with the cooked chicken, stirring to coat. Spread the remaining amount of barbecue sauce and pizza sauce onto the puff pastry, making sure to leave a ¾" border around the edges all the way around..
  4. For white sauce.. Add butter in pan. Then add All purpose flour mix well n bhoonify it. Till smell comes. Then add add milk n disk it quickly. Then add salt and black pepper and mix well..
  5. When it boil n become thick off the flame n quickly pour it half on the puff pastry.
  6. Distribute chicken evenly over whitesauce then top with green capsicum and thinly sliced red onions.
  7. I have some left over meat so I used that also. N them spread some white sauce again on top. And flod the side inside position. Then bake it for 15 mins..
  8. Then after 15 mins of baking add shredded mozerralla n cheddar cheese on the top n green n black olives and Awsome some green n red capsicum slice. Bake it for 10 mins till cheese melts. Puff pastry pizza is ready now. Serve hot n sprinkle some chilli flakes on top.. enjoy.

I decided to take all those ingredients, shove them into puff pastry. Throw together this puff pastry appetizer of leftover chicken mixed with barbeque sauce and cream cheese, baked into mini puff pastry cups. Place the two sheets of puff pastry on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Sweet BBQ sauce, chopped chicken, red onions, a dash of cilantro, and tons of cheese.
