- Take all the ingredients for the dough in a big bowl… and mix with your hand… then use lukewarm water (the water should not be too hot nor too cold…. dip in finger to taste) to make a soft dough…. rub oil and cover the bowl with a cling wrap and keep in a warm place for 1 hour to rest..
- Filling: heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions to it… fry till golden and then add the keema to it… stir fry for 2 mins then add salt, ginger garlic paste and chilli powder and a little water and mix… then cover the lid and cook for 15 mins… open lid and cook till the keema is dry… add tomato pulp (when u dice the tomatoes for topping, remove the seed part and pulp and use this) pepper and chopped coriander and mix and keep aside..
