  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Toss chickpeas with your favorite BBQ sauce.
  3. Toss vegetables with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Start cooking millet to package directions.
  6. Roast chickpeas and veggies for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve veggies and chickpeas over millet with olive oil or extra BBQ sauce on top.
