- You need of For pita base.
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Maida.
- It’s 2 tsp of instant yeast.
- Prepare 1 tsp of sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.

Veg Pizza step by step
- In a bowl take 1/2 cup warm water, it should not be too hot nor cold. Add yeast and sugar mix gently, keep aside for 5 to 10 mins till it becomes frothy.
- Sift flour and salt in a large bowl,add olive oil and mix it well, make a well in the center add the yeast mixture. Combine gradually incorporating the flour into the yeast mixture, adding little extra water if necessary.
- Knead the dough on flour board till smooth about 5 mins. Keep covered in a greased bowl in a warm place till it doubles in size.
- Then punch again gently to it’s original size. Make two portions of the dough. Place 1 portion in an oiled 12 inch pizza pan,push it outwards with your palms of your hand and fingers to coverthe bottom of the pan. Prick each base with a fork. Set aside for 10 mins.
