Veg Pizza step by step

  1. In a bowl take 1/2 cup warm water, it should not be too hot nor cold. Add yeast and sugar mix gently, keep aside for 5 to 10 mins till it becomes frothy.
  2. Sift flour and salt in a large bowl,add olive oil and mix it well, make a well in the center add the yeast mixture. Combine gradually incorporating the flour into the yeast mixture, adding little extra water if necessary.
  3. Knead the dough on flour board till smooth about 5 mins. Keep covered in a greased bowl in a warm place till it doubles in size.
  4. Then punch again gently to it’s original size. Make two portions of the dough. Place 1 portion in an oiled 12 inch pizza pan,push it outwards with your palms of your hand and fingers to coverthe bottom of the pan. Prick each base with a fork. Set aside for 10 mins.
