1. Add water to small pot bring to a quick simmer.
2. Add tomato sauce slowly then add mustard. Stir with whisk till completely combined.
3. Add sugar whisk till dissolved. Add jelly whisk till dissolved..
4. Optional: taste add sugar to sweeten.
5. Let simmer 5 minutes on low heat. Stir frequently.
6. Pour into small coverable bowl. Put in refrigerator.
