Masala e Noodles & Kofta Pizza instructions
- Take maida, oil, yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl, slowly mix milk in it, knead well & make a soft dough of it, then grease some oil in the dough, cover it & rest the dough for around 10- 15 minutes..
- Except oil, mix all the ingredients mentioned in kofta section, apply some oil in your palms & make small koftas & then fry them in oil till they turn golden brown..
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, garlic chopped, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder & small amount of water & stir well. Now add chopped tomato, soya sauce & then add boiled noodles, mix it well with the masala/seasoning mixture..
- Then lower the flame, add the fried koftas in the noodles stir well so that koftas soak all the masala. When the gravy thickens, remove it from heat sauce..
- Now take the pizza dough, roll it as shown in the picture below (crust thickness will be medium). Now beat the egg in a bowl then brush egg in the pizza dough & first bake it for 15 minutes in 180℃..
- After 15 minutes, take out the pizza dough, spread tomato sauce, add the noodles kofta mixture, few tomato slices, chopped chilli & add some paneer slices & grated paneer then again bake it for another 15 minutes in 180℃..
