- Prepare 1cup of Suji roasted.
- It’s 3/4 cup of Curd for soak the suji.

- Mix suji and curd add all the ingredients veggies etc and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- If feel batter is thick add little milk.
- Spread the mixture on the slice of bread and ready to spread all the slices.
- Heat non stick tawa and grease little butter and put slices 2-3 as per the size of tawa.
- Be careful spread mixture side is up and plain side is down sprinkle little oil or butter and roast till golden brown from both sides.
