- Place desired amount of tortillas on greased oven tray and preheat oven.
- In a bowl melt butter in microwave and then add minced garlic and stir until combined.
- Use a brush to cover the tortillas in the butter/garlic mixture.
- Then cover with the mixed herbs. This is up to you. . I used a jar called “pizza topper” that had a variety of different herbs.
- Sprinkle with as much or as little cheese as you want.
- Place in oven until cheese melts, take out, cut into slices and serve.
