- It’s 1/2 cup of Milk.
- You need 6 oz of Pineapple juice.
- You need 1/2 cup of Salted Butter.
- Prepare 3 of Eggs.
- You need 6 tbsp of granulated sugar.
- It’s 2 1/4 tsp of Yeast ( 1 pack ).
- You need 4 1/2 cup of Kings Arthur Bread flour.
Homemade Hawaiian Bread step by step
- Put one egg aside.
- Lightly whisk the other two eggs, set a side, then melt and cool butter.
- Bring milk to a temperature of 100 to 110°F.
- Mix milk and pineapple and then yeast and set a side.
- Put flour in large bowl adding sugar.
- Mix milk, butter and eggs together then add flour 2 cups at a time.
- Mix using a wooden spoon until kneading by hand is nessasary.
- Once you have mixed throughly let stand for at least one hour.
- Size has almost doubled and now knead down the bread and make the rolls.
- Take the one egg with 2 tablespoons of water and whisk, brush the finished rolls entirety with the egg mix, let stand for 30 minutes..
- Preheat oven to 375°F, bake for 20 minutes..
