- In a large bowl whisk together the warm water, sugar and yeast and let sit 5 minutes.
- In another large bowl whisk together both flours, cocoa powder and salt.
- Mix the butter into the flour mixture with a fork and make a well in the center.

- Turn out onto lightly floured work surface and knead 10 minutes, form into a ball then place in a large nonstick sprayed bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size about 90 minutrs.

- When the dough has doubled, turn it out on work surface and cut 9 even pieces.

- Form into balls to make rolls, making a smooth ball.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm spot until doubled about 1 hour.
- Make Honey Glaze.
- Combine butter, honey and salt and melt stovetop or in microwave just until liquid.
- Brush each roll top with honey glaze.
- Preheat the oven to 350. Bake bread 20 to 25 minutes until done. They will sound hollow when tapped. Serve with butter for spreading.
