- You need 2 of boiled potatoes.
- It’s 1 of medium finely chopped tomato.

- Prepare as needed of Butter at room temperature.

- Take a large bowl mashed the potatoes and add chopped veggies mix well..
- Add salt, pepper, mint and white mayo, chat masala and coriander leaves mix with soft hands..
- Take bread slices one by one Appy butter on the top (if you eat this sandwich without butter u can skip butter)..
- Apply mayo masala on the butter layered slices and cover them with another slice..
- Preheat the grill or toaster pan roast them till golden brown colour on both sides. Cut them half and serve hot with tomato ketchup. Taste is yummy 😋.
