Poha Kachori Chaat instructions

  1. Peel and mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl. Grind bread slice in a mixture. Add it in mashed potatoes and mix salt and red chilli flakes. Knead it like a dough..
  2. Wash poha and drain in a sieve and let the water be drained. Transfer it in a bowl..
  3. Coarsely grind peanuts and mix in poha. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilli and ginger. Mix salt and garam masala. Mix it thoroughly with your hands..
  4. Now make small balls of mixture..
  5. Now take a small portion of potato dough and make a ball. Flatten it on your palm and put one poha ball in it and cover the sides in centre making balls. Flatten it and make round kachori..
  6. Likewise make all the kachoris..
  7. Heat oil in a karahi and put 2 to 3 kachori at a time and deep fry till golden brown colour..
  8. Serve hot with sauce or chutney..
