  2. In a mixer jar add 1 cup of washed basil leaves,1/8 cup of parmesan cheese, 2tbsp of chopped almonds,2 tsp of garlic cloves blend for 2-3 minutes..
  3. Scrape the sides of the jar add 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt to taste, and 1/4cup olive oil, blend all the ingredients once again..
  4. Scrape the sides of jar on regularly intervals and blend until you get the desired consistency..
  5. If you feel it is difficult to blend, add 1-2 tbsp more of olive oil and blend again..
  6. Remove pesto in a clean glass jar and keep aside..

  8. Slice tomatoes into thick slices, place them in bowl, pour 2tbsp blasmic vinegar over them and keep aside..
  9. Place 1 piece of cereal bread on the chopping board then apply pesto onto a slice of bread. Then layer the cereal bread with 2 pieces of fresh mozzarella cheese and 2 pieces of sliced tomatoes..
