Inside out Vadapav instructions
- In a pan, het oil & add the mustard seeds, curry leaves once it’s get cooked, add the garlic, ginger & hing, cook for 2 mins.
- Now add the turmeric, & potatoes, season with salt & combine the masala with the potatoes.
- Before removing, add chopped coriander & mix well.
- Take the slice bread & cut off the corners, now cut them into small squares.
- On one side of the bread add green chutney & vada pav chutney & top with another piece of bread crating small sandwiches.
- Pan fry these sandwiches till golden brown in a pan Wrap these sandwiches with the potato mixture. Dip them in besan batter & deep fry in oil.
- Fry for 2-3 mins on medium heat till the crust becomes crispy Cut in halves & serve hot..
