- Microwave poached egg. For 45 seconds..

I substitute my usual carb intake which is rice with rye bread, which contain high fibre. Avocado and mayo are for the fat, and honey to give a sweet flavour. While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread and smash the avocado on each piece of toast. When the eggs are done, use a spatula to lift the eggs out of the water.
