  3. Prepare of tomato paste.
  4. Prepare of garlic.
  5. You need of chickpeas.
  6. You need of tomato.

Vegetarian Curry instructions

  1. Heat a non stick pan over medium high.
  2. Place a tbsp of stock in pan, sauté onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
  3. Add curry powder, remaining stock, chickpeas, tomatoes, cauliflower and tomato paste.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve over rice.
