- spray skillet with pam and let it heat on medium/high.
- spread hummus on tortilla (I used the tuscan italian one).
- cut the peppers and onion (or any other fresh ingredient like spinach, olives etc).
- add veggies on top of hummus.
- place tortilla on the pan, it will make the bottom crispy (about 4 minutes).
- reduce heat.
- add desired cheese and put the lid on top to melt.
